GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Ana Qaouia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ana Qaouia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products
All products are presented with the greatest possible care. We aim to display colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Certain pieces may be offered as customised, altered, or made-to-order items. These items are clearly indicated as such on the product page.

3. Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only once you receive an order confirmation email from Ana Qaouia.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or payment issues.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Within the EU, shipping is complimentary for orders above €249,-. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs apply. For all orders outside the EU, shipping fees apply and are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is up to 4 business days, depending on destination and carrier processing.
We work with trusted carriers including PostNL, DHL, and UPS.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a reduction in refund value if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Returns
Non-customised items may be returned within the legal withdrawal period.
Customised, altered, or made-to-order items are excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically for the customer.

Return requests must comply with the conditions stated in Section 6.

Ana Qaouia covers return shipping costs for eligible returns, unless otherwise stated.

8. Liability
Ana Qaouia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Limburg, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
